Because the prints are made to order I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to make things right. There are a few prints in the shop that are only available in a square. When I am editing, some photos are more suited to be square and some rectangle, some can be both. I have tried to take into account the most standard sizes of frames, but it doesn’t always work. If you see a photo that you are interested in but the dimensions don’t work for you, email me directly at hello@robconniff.com and I will try my best to see if we can come up with a solution.
Yes, but there are some limits. As flattering as it would be to have one of my photos as wallpaper covering your wall, I will want to check with the printer to make sure that we won’t be losing any image quality. If you are looking for a larger size or other specific dimensions, email me directly at hello@robconniff.com. I will get back to you with the prices for the print and shipping.
For orders shipped to destinations within Europe and the UK, there are no customs or import taxes. For orders destined for the rest of the world, your package may be subject to customs and import taxes. The responsibility for payment of any additional charges rests with the customer.
